Beautiful, promising mountain hike from Lähn to Bichlbacher Alm, continue through lush alpine pastures to the Grüner Ups and via the Tuftlalm to Lermoos. By train or bus back to the starting point.
The hike starts directly at the beginning of the village Lähn west. There, cross the railway tracks, keep left and after the avalanche dam follow the slightly uphill forest road to the northwest, entering the well-marked trail (follow the signposts). Hike on the trail through beautiful forest and meadow terrain to the next crossing at the forest path. Now turn right and walk along the forest path to the Bichlbacher Alm. From there, hike up to the Alpenrosensteig and continue east (Lermoos) to the Grüner Ups. Now follow the trail downhill to the Tuftlalm and further to the train station in Lermoos.
