Start in Niederau at the car part of the Markbachjoch cable car. Turn right and then immediately left at the Hotel Austria onto the MTB 343 to Möslalm. Follow the signs for the MTB 343 & 337 to the Möslalm Hut. (Rest stop). Take the gravel path downhill to the town of Wörgl (approx. 1000 m altitude difference).
In town make your way to the railway station. Ride under the railway through the tunnel and then turn left onto the Inn Valley Cycle Path (Inntalradweg). Follow this until Kundl. Follow signs for the Kundler Klamm (gorge). At the tennis courts turn right uphill to the village of Saulueg. Pass the village and continue uphill until you see a carpenter's on the left. Bear left here and continue uphill until your reach a warning sign for cars. Take the narrow gravel path (attention cars are also allowed) and follow it for approx. 3 km to the village of Thierbach in the Wildschönau. Ride up to the church and continue then on the surfaced road back downhill to Mühltal and the main road. follow the L3 via Oberau and then Niederau and your starting point.
