According to legend, bears actually once lived here. Today, only two life-sized wooden bears remind us of this story. The idyllic tranquility of this nature reserve is only interrupted by birdsong, the gentle babbling of a brook, or the rustling of the deciduous forest.

TIP: The small circular route from the main square through the Bear Pit to the adventure mountain and back is perfect for a relaxing Sunday outing with the whole family (approx. 2.5km from the main square).

Especially in the warmer months, locals and visitors alike seek refreshment in the Bear Pit.
